Just like the insurance agents in the common market, a medical insurance agent also work on commissions and the sales they make. Mainly these agents have commission up to 50% on every policy they sell but it’s not authenticated and differs in various countries and states. There are some hospitals who hire these agents on regular salaries where one makes about $35000 per year and some extra benefits which add up to $50000 per year. As this job doesn’t require you to have a professional degree but you just have to be good with people and communication so that explain the less salary figure.

- Avoid creating a large resume with useless information. Instead, make it simple and short.
- Don’t use difficult words or phrases which are hard to understand in a glance because you send a resume to get you and interview not to tell that you have excellent writing skills.
